Adobe Prelude CC 2014 is a simple tool to ingest and organize video footages. Video editors use Prelude to ingest, log and create simple rough cut edit to the video footage before handing it over to a video editing program such as Adobe Premiere Pro CC. It makes your work organized by saving your video footages in an organized way and thus saves you a lot of hair pulling for searching for footages later on. It saves your time (which I think is the most precious!) and helps you to finish your project faster.
